30 day money back guarantee with prior contact to PC-Customz. (Meaning, customer cannot call on day 30 and demand money back unless agreed upon. If we cannot fix the problem in one visit you will get your money back) No refund will be issued for purchases after 30 days. Computers/anything left with PC-Customz for more than 30 days will be deemed abandon!! Make sure to make arrangements to prevent this from happening!! PC-Customz will offer 1 year of free service to the best of its ability for customers who purchased complete systems. Business installations/builds not included. Business installations/builds have thirty day replacement guarantee. Service warranty does NOT include hardware upgrades or replacement of failed hardware after 30 days, change of operating system, virus/malware/spy ware any ware removal interior/exterior computer cleaning; dust, bugs, etc.... Service does include; operating system configuration, operating system updates, faulty/buggy service packs and device drivers, firmware/device driver issues, hardware issues relating to software configuration, "diagnosing" hardware issues, and limited application support. All support will come in the form of downloads or cd/dvds from hardware or operating system manufactures, PC-Customz own expert knowledge on computer hardware/OS configuration, and a "reasonable" amount of time for customer training per instance. PC-Customz does not program or write/rewrite code for any issues what so ever. PC-Customz will diagnose hardware and or operating system related issues within the term stated above for the initial build fee for complete systems. Customers who have a complete system built by PC-Customz will get quarterly hardware diagnostics at no cost, if requested within the time stated in the service agreement. PC-Customz will not pay shipping costs or replacement fees after 30 days for any damaged hardware covered under manufacture/service warranty that it discovers. PC-Customz will help customer to the best of its ability to resolve computer related issues. PC-Customz does not recommend installing any software that has not been approved for the operating system in use and will not be responsible for damages as a result. However, PC-Customz will try and help customer, but not be responsible for any damage to current OS or personal/business files resulting from unapproved software or software that PC-Customz did not install. PC-Customz will NOT be responsible for any damage to computer, home, business, or person resulting from customer/anyone other than PC-Customz adding or replacing hardware to bought systems. Please note that opening your complete system purchased from PC-Customz will VOID PC-Customz service warranty! PC-Customz does not recommend unqualified “anyone” opening computer cases for any reason what so ever!
